Online orders can be returned to our stores within 28 days of purchase date provided that:
- Items are in their original packaging
- Items are in a condition suitable for resale
- You have your tax invoice as proof of purchase
- Items that are not subject to the exclusions listed below
- Clothing and footwear are returned to a Homewares, Manchester & Apparel listed store
Our Change of Mind Policy is in addition to any rights you may have under a manufacturer's warranty or statute and does not apply to lay-bys, customer orders, and items in the below exclusions list.

- Hosiery
- Jewellery
- Bedding and Bedding Accessories (for example, quilts, pillows, mattress protection items such as mattress protectors, mattress underlays and mattress toppers)
- Online Only & Supplier Direct orders
