Our Change of Mind Policy is in addition to any rights you may have under a manufacturer's warranty or statute and does not apply to lay-bys, customer orders, and items in the below exclusions list.

Excluded from a change of mind return are the following products
- Underwear and Bras
- Swimwear
- Hosiery
- Jewellery
- Bedding and Bedding Accessories (for example, quilts, pillows, mattress protection items such as mattress protectors, mattress underlays and mattress toppers)
- Online Only & Supplier Direct orders
In addition, items sold at a reduced price due to a disclosed fault (e.g. soiled, damaged or incomplete items) are not eligible for Change of Mind returns, where the fault was clearly identified to you before purchase. This does not affect your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
