We accept Change of Mind returns up to 28 days after purchase provided that:
- Items are in their original packaging
- Items are in a condition suitable for resale
- You have your tax invoice as Proof of Purchase
- Items that are not subject to the exclusions listed below
Our Change of Mind Policy is in addition to any rights you may have under a manufacturer's warranty or statute and does not apply to lay-bys, customer orders, and items in the below exclusions list.
Please check the suitability of your product for a Change of Mind Return, before sending.
Excluded from a change of mind return are the following products:
- Underwear and Bras
- Swimwear
- Hosiery
- Jewellery
- Bedding and Bedding Accessories (for example, quilts, pillows, mattress protection items such as mattress protectors, mattress underlays and mattress toppers)
Any items that cannot be refunded due to hygiene reasons will be disposed of.
Any items that are returned and cannot be refunded under the "Change of Mind" policy, as per above will not be refunded and may be returned to the Customer at their own cost.
We will refund using your original payment method if it meets the above criteria.
Returns can be completed in-store with the same policy criteria listed above.
Returns by Post
Eligible online change of mind returns can be returned via Australia Post. Please follow the instructions through our Return Portal here.
To create the label, you will lodge your details with Australia Post and pay the $14.95 delivery fee via the Australia Post portal.
